Shiny Smile Veneers are custom-made cosmetic products created based on dental impressions you provide. Due to the custom nature of each order, production begins once your impressions are received and approved by our dental lab.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order for which payment has been received, we will issue a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.
You are responsible for providing accurate dental impressions. Poor or unusable impressions may require re-submission and may delay your order. We will contact you if we are unable to process your impressions.
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscription charges unless explicitly agreed to at checkout.
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details.
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.
Your impression kit will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. After your impressions are received and processed, your custom veneers will be manufactured and shipped to you.
Standard delivery for custom veneers typically takes 3–5 weeks from the date we receive your impressions. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at supportshinysmileveneers@gmail.com.
Shiny Smile Veneers are backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your custom veneers, you may return them within 60 days of receipt for a refund.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at supportshinysmileveneers@gmail.com with your order details. Returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Please note: Because impression kits and dental materials are customized and consumable, we may not be able to accept returns on opened impression kits in all circumstances. Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect returned items.
